We’re just being honest when we say: It depends! Realistically, it depends on a number of factors such as your requirements, your number of integrations and how fast we can get on your IT department’s calendar to work with them to ensure a smooth process.
Yes it can. All we need is your file formats and we’ll find a way to integrate them with Smart Track. To date, we have not come across any software that we weren’t able to integrate with.
How and where we train will depend on a number of factors such as where your key stakeholders, contractors and other end users are located. Of course we give you written documentation, and beyond that we provide on-site, hands-on training for stakeholders. If your end users and contractors are geographically spread out, it may make more sense to do web-based training. Often, we find that we need to do a combination of on-site and online trainings.
From the beginning, Smart Track is feature-rich and was developed as an extremely configurable software. As part of the implementation, we configure the software to meet your needs.
We offer continuous support and have support teams in place well beyond implementation. If you’re using our Smart Track VMS, DCR also provides a 24/7 help desk to assist you.
