DCR is Celebrating its Twentieth Birthday Today!

20th Birthday

Today marks the beginning of our twenty-first year of operation. Over the past two decades, DCR has grown from an IT and business process consulting firm into one of the world’s best providers of Vendor Management Systems and total talent management solutions. We have been fortunate, and want to openly thank those who have supported us in the past, and are critical to our future.

We have great customers. They continuously strive to get more value from their use of temporary workers, and their requests and suggestions have challenged us to do more. The result: our VMS system, Smart Track, has been acknowledged as the most innovative in the industry. The loyalty of our incredible customers, and their willingness to tell others about our solutions, has helped us to experience incredible growth.

Our business partners have also been critical to our success. Today, we are working with more than 300 of the world’s best staffing agencies that range from local specialty firms to large, international suppliers. As a woman- and minority-owned firm, diversity is important to us and we’re delighted to be working with over 100 MWBE and veteran-owned agencies. DCR is truly-vendor neutral – we don’t provide staff augmentation services – so being able to rely on an incredible team of staffing suppliers means everything to us.

As you may have seen on our website, DCR Workforce is about people! We are in the business of helping companies build highly productive workforces. So, it stands to reason that we place great emphasis on building the right team within DCR. We are comprised of more than 230 staff employees who, together, speak dozens of languages, hold passports from more than 25 countries, and range from millennials to baby boomers. Each is an individual, yet we share a common approach to our work and passion for getting it right.

As we start our third decade, we are committed to work even harder to ensure a win-win-win for our customers, partners and employees. We will always find new ways to provide higher levels of service and greater value. This is the promise that we make to you.
