DCR Honored as Silver and Bronze Stevie® Award Winner in 2016 American Business Awards

Stevie AwardEach year, we enter several well-known industry award contests. Each year we go up against huge conglomerates that are big brand names. Each year we take a deep breath…and wait with anticipation.

Drum roll, please!

I’m humbled to announce that DCR has won multiple Silver and Bronze Stevie® Awards in The 14th Annual American Business Awards for the fifth consecutive year. I’d like to congratulate Ammu Warrier, our President and Chief Diversity Director of DCR, and our entire amazing DCR team, both onshore and offshore, who work tirelessly to achieve not only awards such as this but the continuing admiration of our valued clients.

The American Business Awards are the nation’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the US are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small. “The judges were extremely impressed with the quality of entries we received this year. The competition was intense and every organization that has won should be proud,” said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards.

We were up against some stiff competition as more than 3,400 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year. Top winners this year in various categories included huge household names such as Intuit, Accenture, HubSpot, Aflac and Cisco, so our wins are particularly exciting! We feel very fortunate to be counted in with such an extraordinary group.

One judge recognized Ammu as a “very accomplished individual and well-recognized within the industry for her work efforts as well as her initiatives to promote diversity.” Other judges commented on her ability to forge a strong organization, motivate employees, generate breakthrough results and empower women in STEM industries.

“I’m honored to be included in this impressive group of executives for the fifth consecutive year,” said Ammu Warrier, President and “It’s our mission at DCR to lead the way in diversity for women and minorities.”

Smart Track, our highly configurable Vendor Management System that unifies non-employee management, leads the way in industry innovations. Judges’ comments include the fact that DCR has a “very innovative team that has a proven track record of successful wins” and an ongoing “quest for future developments.”

Voted as one of the top innovative tech companies of 2016, DCR is flattered and will continue to live up to the judges comment of having a fun-centered, innovation-focused and customer-involved company. DCR is an innovator because we encourage creativity from every team member. We’ve paved the way with innovative concepts that continue to be industry trailblazers.

Yes, we’re proud of our awards. But more than that, we’re proud that our clients chose us to as their vendor of choice. We always keep that in mind and will continue to live up to and exceed our clients’ expectations.
