Temporary Worker Risks – INFOGRAPHIC

The use of temporary employees is growing in the United States, now representing 22% of the total workforce.  Temporary employees include agency contractors, freelance workers and project teams retained to cover for temporary vacancies, or to fill gaps in a company’s workforce or skill set.  If you include temporary workers in the composition of your workforce, do adopt a comprehensive risk management program too. This will help you stay agile in an extremely dynamic economy, and protect you from non-compliance with employment laws, improperly screened workers, and help you avoid mistakes committed in ignorance of safety procedures.
